We want your DUFT products to reach you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below.
Delivery areas
We currently ship within Trinidad and Tobago only. We are working on expanding our delivery coverage to other Caribbean islands in the near future.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery within Trinidad and Tobago typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders over TTD 300 qualify for free standard delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
